To encourage the church to engage in their communities by getting involved with an organization that is making a difference in the lives of people.
We believe the church is of many colors, nationalities, cultures and ethnicities representing the Lord Jesus Christ here on Earth. Nothing apart from Him can be done, but “In Him”, “all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26) This event is designed to have meaningful and proactive conversations on how we can come together in time of crisis and be a voice for Jesus in our communities.

The conference will be located at Harvest Intercontinental Church in Olney, Maryland. The address is: 271 W. Main Street – Farmington, Arkansas 72730
Baltimore International (BWI). The church is approximately 40min from the airport.
There will be a coffee station on Saturday morning for a small fee. Lunch is provided for all attendees on Saturday afternoon.
Unfortunately, childcare is not provided but children are welcome to attend.
No. First come first served. The church practices safe and social distancing and there is a maximum amount of tickets available for the two-day event.
No. Once your conference ticket is purchased it is non refundable unless there is a cancellation due to an emergency or serious weather.

Be Church Ministries will work diligently with the venue to reschedule the event within 12 months. Your ticket will be used at a future date. Should we not be able to reschedule the event, your ticket will be refunded fully.
